ZUMBA/ Zumba Gold/
Zumba Sculpt:
For all
fitness levels! Burn 500
calories an hour with this fun,
cardio-based workout with
sculpting moves designed to
tone the entire body! Dance
your way to a fitter you!
PILATES: For all fitness levels!
Core conditioning exercises
based on  Joseph Pilates,
emphasizing abdominal
strength, stabilization, and
posture.  Small apparati such as
Pilates circle, physioball, and
theraband may be used.

H.I.T. Circuit: A circuit
training, intense cardio
workout using elements of the
sport fighting world. This
45min class will have you
burning calories, relieving
stress, and having fun!
Cardio Blast: Low impact
but high cardio! This class
will have you sweating
through a variety of cardio
routines!
SPINNING: The original
Johnny G cycling program with
adaptable resistance, allowing
individuals of any fitness level
to participate in this low
impact, yet intense workout. All
levels welcome in any spinning
class!
PILATES FOR POSTURE
AND STRENGTH: Suitable for
all levels, appropriate for those
with arthritis and anyone
dealing with back discomfort.
PACE: Developed by the
Arthritis Foundation, this class
is open for $1 per class to the
public.  It helps individuals
with arthritis increase
flexibility, restore muscular
strength, & improve posture.
TAI Chi: An exercise for
health; practiced slowly, it
promotes strength, balance,
coordination, and calms the
mind. All levels!
Butts & Guts:  Incorporate a
mix of exercises to tone those
glutes & sculpt a shapely set of
legs. This class takes ab
training to another level
through standing and
mat-based training. All levels
welcome!
POWER-HALF-HOUR: A
45-minute workout focusing on
core movements! All the
'moves' will focus on the CORE
while incorporating plyometrics
and some packed cardio
moves. Get ready to sweat!
VINYASA YOGA:
Characterized by connecting
movements of traditional yoga
poses with deep holdings to
create strength, balance, and
posture
.
STEP & SCULPT: Step
aerobics integrated with
concentrated sculpting,
ending with ab work and
stretching.
BODY SCULPT: The full body
strength training class! Geared
for the beginner to advanced,
using light to moderate hand
weights to challenge all major
muscle groups of the body.
AIS: Active Isolated Stretching
is an athletic stretching
technique that provides
effective, facilitated stretching
of major muscle groups and
provides an immediate increase
in flexibility & range of motion.
Hi/Lo: NEW!
This interval class runs through
4-min intervals of step
aerobics, hi-lo aerobics, and
strength training!
SPIN & SCULPT: What a
great combo! 30min of Spin
followed by 30min of Sculpt!
