week session of "It's All
Swing". This session will focus on the
Charleston, beginning Monday 2/19 at 7:30pm,
and costs
only $35 for BTF members! **$10 discount if you

for STEP it Up. This 60 minute heart-
pounding workout will do just that with Step
aerobics, followed by Ab work and a cooldown.

through hi-low combinations guaranteed to get your
heart rate pumping while moving to the music of your
