Join Sue Defusco for a BEGINNER STEP class on Sat. 2/3 @ 10:30am. In addition to the calorie & fat burning benefits, you'll get a great cardiovascular workout while learning the basic steps in this introductory class!

Also, add some additional stretching & mindfulness to your routine with our EASE INTO FITNESS YOGA class on Sat. 2/17 @ 10:30am. Lara will introduce basic yoga poses & breathing techniques while you experience body alignment, movement fluidity, & a mind- body connection that only yoga can give!

Still wondering what the Spinning-Craze is all about? Then it's time to jump into a BEGINNER SPIN class! Join Ellen on Sat. 2/10 at 10:30am or Laura on Mon. 2/26 at 6:30pm to learn the basics including bike set- up, spinning lingo & etiquette, and proper bike technique in this introductory level class.

Are you ready to STEP UP that workout routine? Then join Lara on Wednesday's at 5:30pm for STEP it Up. This 60 minute heart- pounding workout will do just that with Step aerobics, followed by Ab work and a cooldown.

If you're looking for a great cardio workout then CARDIO BLAST is the class for you! On Thursday's at 6:30pm Erin will lead you through hi-low combinations guaranteed to get your heart rate pumping while moving to the music of your favorite artists.

We are offering a Senior Programming Specialty Class this month -- Belly Dancing! This class will take the place of what is normally Pilates for Posture on Thursday 2/15 @ 11am .
