Introducing the Body-for-LIFE Challenge! A structured 12-week fitness & nutrition program where challengers compete against themselves to get into the best shape of their lives. The challenge begins Saturday, 1/13 at 9am and costs $225 -- Sign-up today at the Front Desk!

On The Go!! This six week class is designed to show those with highly active/busy lifestyles how to eat better even when there is little time! Offered Thursdays beginning 1/4 at 6pm, cost $60 Sign up at the Front Desk!

Bristol Total Fitness, along with ZazouSwing and First Step are teaming up to bring you two (2) new six week sessions back-to-back of "It's All Swing".
