4/14 for Pilates for Sport: Utilizing Pilates Core work

your game - can be used for all sports: golf, tennis, running,

Stretching - learn this cutting edge stretching technique
to
improve your flexibility. Sign-up for both classes at the Front
Desk! Also, on Tues. 4/10 & 4/24 Jen's scheduled
5:30pm classes will have a focus: Pilates for Lean Legs,
Strong Abs, & Back (no sign-up necessary). You don't
