We would like to extend a heart-felt THANK YOU to everyone who helped plan and/or participated in this year's 3-hour Spin for Hope ride on March 4th. We exceeded our goal of $15,000 here at Bristol Total Fitness and we have you all to thank for that! Your hard-work and dedication are inspiring!

All funds raised go directly to the American Cancer Society. Donations will be accepted through April 15th. Please make checks payable to the American Cancer Society and hand them in at the Front Desk, or click the link below!

We are now offering Belly Dancing classes on the first Saturday of every month! Join Sue Defusco this month on Sat. 4/7 @ 10:30am for this Specialty Class! Also, Lara will be leading a High-Intensity Kickboxing class on Sat. 4/21 @ 10:30am. Get ready to break a sweat!!

Four Specialty Pilates classes this month! Join Jen on Sat. 4/14 for Pilates for Sport: Utilizing Pilates Core work to improve your game - can be used for all sports: golf, tennis, running, football, lacrosse, etc. On Sat. 4/28 @ 10:30am join Karen for Active Isolated Stretching - learn this cutting edge stretching technique to improve your flexibility. Sign-up for both classes at the Front Desk! Also, on Tues. 4/10 & 4/24 Jen's scheduled 5:30pm classes will have a focus: Pilates for Lean Legs, Strong Abs, & Back (no sign-up necessary).
