Group Exercise - Specialty Classes!

Join Sue D. on the first Saturday of every month for a
Belly
Dancing Specialty Class! Burn off some extra
calories

have fun doing it this Saturday 6/2 @ 10:30am!

9am. 40min of Cardio on the Treadmills, followed by

Pilates Focus Classes: Gorgeous Glutes!
On Tuesday
6/12 & 6/26 @ 5:30pm Jen Morin will bring you
through a Pilates mat class with an emphasis on core
& glute/hip strength. This class will utilize flex bands &
Pilates circles to bring a strengthening component to
the Pilates core work.

Thursday's @ 5:30pm -- 30min. of Active
Isolated Stretching
(AIS) followed by 30min. of Pilates. Take one or
take
them
both! AIS is an athletic stretching technique, which
immediately improves flexibility & range of motion.
This is a great compliment to any workout,
including a
6pm Spinning Class!

We have launched our new Thursday evening free
Walking Club in Bristol's Colt State Park.
Meeting at
the Parking Lot for the Boat Ramp every week at
5:30pm (unless it rains). Check the bulletin board at
the park for news and additional walk times!
If you enjoy yoga or have always wanted to give it a try,
our Vinyasa Flow class is the perfect place to
find your center. This will continue for a second
session on Wednesday's at 9am starting at the end of
June. Also, we're looking to add an additional class
time - let us know when you would like a class!
Coming Soon...Nutrition Bootcamp I
will run
again this
summer. Combining peer and individual support,
clients learn what's behind the food we eat.
Nutrition Bootcamp II picks up where
Bootcamp I ends and continues to provide practical &
