Dr. Aaron M. Hoffman DC, will be performing free computerized postural screenings to determine spinal & muscular imbalances that may be affecting your workout. Spinal imbalances can cause neck, shoulder, lower-back, knee, & foot pain while working out.

Introducing ZUMBA! Burn 500 calories an hour with this fun, cardio-based workout with sculpting moves designed to tone the entire body! Dance your way to a fitter you with Lara on Monday's @ 6:30pm. Also, Erika will be teaching a Duo Class -- Wednesday mornings starting at 9:30am. Join her for two complimentary classes: 45min of Cardio Crazy @ 9:30am, followed by 45min of Body Sculpt @ 10:15am. Take one or take them both, it's up to you!

Tai chi is a series of movements, rooted in self-defense, but done slowly to promote better health, relaxation, body awareness, and mind engagement. It is proven to promote better balance. Tai chi's gentle, yet challenging movements are suitable for ALL ages.

This 6-week Tai chi program with Diane Rabinowitz starts March 8th and runs Thursday's @ 9am and Sunday's @ 8am. FREE SHOWCASE: Thurs. 3/1 @ 9am and Sun. 3/4 @ 8am. The entire program is open FREE to BTF members, $50/person to the public. Sign-Up at the Front Desk!

Bristol Total Fitness is a site for this year's 3-hr Spin for Hope ride through the American Cancer Society on 3/4 @ 9am. We have already raised over $9,000 and are still going strong to exceed our fundraising goal! If you would like to donate, please make checks payable to the American Cancer Society and hand them to any Front Desk staff member or donate directly to a BTF participant by clicking the link below.

NEW class -- Fighting Fitness on Mon. 3/12 & 3/26 @ 5:30pm with Justin. This fast-paced class employs a series of intense drills that will improve your conditioning, power, flexibility, & fighting skills. Join Laura on Mon. 3/19 @ 5:30pm for Beginner Spin to the learn the SPINNING basics! Also, Erin will be leading two Specialty Pilates classes: PilateSculpt on Tues. 3/6 @ 6:30pm and Pilates for Lean Legs & Strong Abs on Tues. 3/13 @ 6:30pm
