Tai Chi is back! Join Diane on Thursday's @ 9am &
Sunday's
@ 8am. Interested in learning what tai chi is all about? Join

Tues. 5/8 @ 9am for a Beginner Tai Chi class!
Ease into Yoga: Sat. 5/12 @ 10:30am. This
class
introduces
basic yoga poses & breathing techniques. Lara shows
alternatives & modifications based on personal needs. Come
experience body alignment, movement fluidity, & a mind-body
connection that only Yoga can give.

Pilates Focus Classes: Toned Arms - Tight Core will
be
offered during the usual Pilates time slot on: Tues. 5/8 &
Tues. 5/22 @ 5:30pm.
Jen Morin will bring you through a Pilates mat class with an
emphasis on arm & core strength. This class will utilize small
weights & flex bands to bring a strengthening component to
the Pilates arm & core work.

on Sun. 5/20 @ 11am. This Specialty class will be 75-min in
