Bristol Total Fitness trainers are here to answer any fitness related questions you may run into while on your fitness journey. Our programs are guided processes designed to give you the tools, knowledge, and motivation necessary to help you attain your goals.
Upon joining, every Bristol Total Fitness member receives a complimentary Orientation with one of our personal trainers. Together you will assess your current health & fitness status, develop short & long term goals, and build a program to carry you from one point to the next.
Improving your fitness can be difficult. Trying to do so without the proper knowledge and direction is the main reason people fail to make the gains (and losses) they desire. Participating in the Fitness Program at Bristol Total Fitness will ensure you are on your way to reaching your goals!
