Pilates and Gyrotonic®
Pilates and Gyrotonic® exercises are a safe and highly effective way to stretch, strengthen, and streamline your body without building bulk or stressing your joints. Both exercise regimens have a focus on core strength which allows you to safely and effectively strengthen your ENTIRE body. While Pilates exercise focuses on linear movement through the core, Gyrotonic takes things one step further adding rotational movement to the exercise patterns. Both will leave you looking toned, feeling revitalized, and moving with ease.
